Do I have to use a VPN?

You don’t need to use VPN as our service is perfectly safe. But VPN is recommended on any platform for best IPTV viewing experience if your internet service provider is blocking or throttling your connection.

I'm getting buffering/freezing frequently. Why is this happening?

First thing to do is to restart your router and device. This helps in many cases.
If the issue still continues, you have to test the internet speed directly from your devices.
Open this website “www.fast.com” directly from your streaming device (not a different device). The result should be 20 Mbps or higher.
If your device is not getting the proper speed or your internet provider is throttling your connection, you’ll experience buffering.

I'm getting buffering/blocking during live matches?

This means your internet provider is throttling or blocking your connection. Many internet service providers in US (sometimes from other countries too) are having this issues and the only solution for this is to use a VPN.

How long before I can use the service?

Trial accounts are activated within 2 hrs to 12 hrs
Paid accounts are activated automatically after payment is received.

My service is not working what should I do?

First, please check your network connection, reboot your router and device, and then try again.
Also please ensure your device (if using a TV Box) is connected to the correct TV input.
If the issue persists, please log into your account from the client area and submit a ticket so our technical support theme will look into it.
